I prefer to create and teach bookbinding using various re-claimed materials. Paper out of the blue box, junk mail, old paperwork can all be made into handmade paper for the pages of a journal. I also use any scrap paper available - unused drawing pads, paper scraps from cut off areas of print jobs.
